The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), continues to pursue its goals in advancing the communications and information technology sector in order to create a reliable, fair, and transparent environment to enable all stakeholders to innovate and prosper. 
CITC is pleased to announce its current effort to develop the National Spectrum Strategy 2025. This project aims at improving the way radiofrequency spectrum is used by both its public and private users, ensuring that KSA becomes a global thought leader on radiofrequency use, actively enabling key elements of Vision 2030 (e.g. Digital Society, Smart Cities, Efficient government), while safeguarding spectrum needs that directly participate to KSA citizens’ safety and wellbeing.
CITC is keen to benefit from the participation of the public and is requesting comments from interested parties who wish to express their opinions and share expertise as input to aid development of the future National Spectrum Strategy 2025.
All members of the public, including individuals, public organizations and commercial entities (together, the “Participants”) are invited to participate in this process by providing their views.
CITC encourages Participants to support their comments with relevant data, analysis, benchmarking studies and information. CITC is under no obligation to adopt the comments of any Participant.
All views/comments shall be send to CITC no later than 7/04/2019 at 3:00 PM to one of the following addresses:
