The IPv6 workshop will be conducted under the patronage of H.E the Governor of CITC. The aim of the workshop is to shed light on the latest development on IPv6 and the migration process worldwide, with main focus on the status of IPv6 in the Kingdom and the future steps to be taken to insure the timely and smoothly transition to IPv6.
The workshop agenda will include 3 sessions as followings:
- 1st session: will include the Governor’s opining key note speech and presentations on strategic considerations and best practices of the migration towards IPv6.
- 2nd session: will include presentations on IPv6 best practice and promotion of IPv6 in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
- 3rd session: will include presentations on IPv6 solutions and applications, in Addition to a round table discussion on future perspectives of IPv6 in Saudi Arabia.
