The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1098) dated 25/05/1426H on request for approving amendments proposed for updating and clarifying the limits of Gitaf Program Rewards.
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approval for program amendment principle in order to be submitted in accordance with the tables shown in attachment No. (1) And No, (2), when the Company intends in future to make any amendments to what was approved pursuant to this decision, it is mandatory to obtain the Commission Approval.
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
