The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (397) dated 07/05/1426H and the following coordination between Officials of the Commission and the Company on the submitted proposal to provide the two new services, (DSL SKY) and (VSAT Service).
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approval for provisioning DSL SKY) and (VSAT Service) in accordance with the Tariff shown in Annex No. (1).
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
