Complaint: The existence of a dispute or dispute between the beneficiary and the service provider about one of the telecommunications services licensed by CST and requires the beneficiary to address the service provider first through the channels available by the service provider. If the terms of escalation apply (you can return to the service of escalation of communications complaints), then the beneficiary can escalate the complaint to CST. Required Documents
  • A copy proving the occurrence of the disturbance, whether a message or a call indicating the disturbing number.
  • legal representative appointed by the main beneficiary (in case he wishes to authorize another beneficiary to submit a report on his behalf)
