1. Log in to Service Provider Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
The number transfer request is rejected only if the user ID number listed in the number transfer request does not match the identity number recorded in the service contract with the service provider from whom the number is to be transferred.
