Service Steps
1. Access the Mutasil Platform
2. Log in through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) – (You may log in using the Nafath mobile application or by entering your username and password).
3. Click on the “Electronic Services” option from the menu. Then select “Unable to open a complaint ticket in service provider portal Report,” and click on the “Start Service” link.
4. Fill out the complaint form
5. Send the complaint to CST
