The Radio Interference Complaints Service allows spectrum licensees to file a complaint in the event of exposure to external radio interference.
Service Steps
1. Log in through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Select the Radio Interference Complaints from the list of services
4. Fill out the complaint form

The applicant must be one of the licensed authorities to use the frequency spectrum.
The content of the complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the Communications and Space and Technology Commission.
