1. Log in through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Select the Radio Interference Complaints from the list of services
4. Fill out the complaint form

Reasons for rejecting complaints of radio interference:
-Lack of important information in the technical report.
-Outdated of the uploaded data.
-The existence of another complaint is still open on the same site and for the same affected party.
-Failure to meet the conditions required for the complaint.
They are the entities licensed by CST to use the frequency spectrum.

- The applicant must be one of the licensed authorities to use the frequency spectrum.
- The content of the complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the Communications and Space and Technology Commission.
