It is the service of managing communications and information technology networks, monitoring their work and controlling them through the Network Operations Center (NOC) connected to those networks directly or through leased lines, or through the Internet or other means of communication. This service does not include the provision of communication services from/to the Kingdom, For more information, see the service regulations document published on the commissions's website.

The applicant must have a valid commercial registration.
The application is submitted through the Authority's website.
The applicant must provide the Authority with the addresses and locations of servers to store data related to the provision of the service
The financial consideration must be paid through SADAD within a month from the date of issuance of the invoice.
