It is a service for receiving and sending inquiries of subscribers/callers and their requests for the purpose of providing information about products and marketing/providing the desired information on behalf of the contractors with the call center. The services provided by the institutions to subscribers fall within the scope of call center services. Service Steps

1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)

Terms and Condition

  • The applicant must have a valid commercial registration.
  • The application is submitted through the Authority's website.
  • The applicant must provide the Authority with the addresses and locations of servers to store data related to the provision of the service
  • The financial consideration must be paid through SADAD within a month from the date of issuance of the invoice.
