1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Select Cancel Special Telecommunication Devices from the services list
3. Click on “Start Service” option
4. View License Details
5. Initiate the process of device or license cancellation
6. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
Licenses are cancelled by authorized agents registered with the Telecommunications, Space, and Technology Authority.
During this stage, wireless licenses are cancelled through a call for individuals only.
Wireless device licenses for maritime radio services, amateur radio, and distress communication can be cancelled.
