Provisioning of Operation Services of Non-terrestrial Networks (NTN)

It is a service that allows the licensee to operate non-terrestrial networks to provide telecommunication services using the technologies specified in Article (4) of the Service Regulations Document. For more information, see the Regulations document published on the Authority's website.

Terms and Condition

  • Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.

  • The applicant must have a valid general class license from the Authority, and its validity period shall not be less than six months.

  • Provide information about the entity and the representative of the entity Submitting a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period is not less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.

  • Provide an introductory profile of the applicant.

  • A brief description of the services and technologies that will be provided in the Kingdom.

  • Provide the technical specifications of the networks, systems and devices used to provide the service, including the locations of the ground stations that will be used to provide the service, if applicable.
