Permit to provide virtual voice services (VVSP)
The permit enables the provision of virtual voice services that allow end users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive and make virtual voice telephone calls to and from Public Telephone Networks (PSTN) using the international standard numbering format (E.164) over Internet Protocol through public telecommunications networks in the Kingdom of the providers Licensed service in accordance with the commissions's regulations.

Terms and Condition
Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.
Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.
Provide information about the entity and the representative of the entity.
Provide an introductory profile of the applicant.
Submit the technical specifications of the systems, devices and services to be provided through this permit.
Provide service numbering requirements
Providing regulatory requirements for the service.
Submit all required documents and information in Arabic. Supporting documents (if any) may be submitted in English.
