The permit allows the provision of short message services, which is a service that is provided through licensed public telecommunications networks in the Kingdom. It allows service providers or their customers to send or exchange short messages (text, audio, video), which are directed directly to the beneficiary, for the purpose of promoting a specific product, providing them with information, notifying them of developments, or answering their inquiries, and other similar services. Terms and Condition
- Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.
- Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.
- Provide information about the entity and the representative of the entity.
- Provide a description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom through this permit.
- Submit the technical specifications of the systems and devices intended to be used in providing the service through this permit.
- Provide a list of the beneficiaries and targets for providing the service.
- Detailed provision of the service provision mechanism in the Kingdom through this permit.
- Provide the structure of the system and work flow of the system in detail with the coding method used.
