Permit to provide IoT services using license-exempt frequencies

The permit allows the provision of IoT services using license exempt frequencies that aim to enable automatic communication between machines and devices using license exempt frequencies and build networks to provide the service.

  • Brief profile of the applicant.
  • A description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom.
  • Technical specifications of the systems and devices to be used.

Terms and Condition

  • Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.

  • The applicant must have a valid general class license from the Authority, and its validity period shall not be less than six months.

  • Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.

  • Provide the names of the persons working in the departments that deal with subscribers' data and organize their storage.

  • Provide an introductory profile of the applicant.

  • Provide a description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom through this permit

  • Provide the technical specifications of the systems and devices intended to be used in providing the service under this permit.

  • Provide the addresses and locations of the main servers used in providing the service.

  • Submit employee data on the following positions, including (full name , ID number) ,

  • Providing regulatory requirements for the service.
