Internet Service Provision (ISP) Permit
The permit allows the provision of any connection and provisioning service using the Internet Protocol, with the exception of services that require provision, using the infrastructure of any service provider who has obtained a license from the commissions that authorizes him to do so.
Service Steps
1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
Terms and Condition
- Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.
- Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.
- Provide information about the entity and the representative of the entity.
- Paying the fees for the works and services provided by the Authority to issue/renew the required license and permit in accordance with the “Regulations of Financial Interviews for Telecommunications Services” document published on the Authority’s website, through a payment system within a month from the date of issuance of the invoice.
