General Class License
A Class License that allows a service provider to provide any telecommunications services permitted under such license.
Service Steps
1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
Terms and Condition
The applicant must submit a commercial registration valid in the kingdom for not less than three months, indicating the activity to be permitted.
Provide information on the entity and its representative.
Select a permit for one of GCL services, and fulfill requirements for such permit as per Service Regulations, excluding the condition to hold a valid CST GCL (in the case of issuing a GCL).
Pay CST license and permit Issuing/renewing fees in accordance with the ""Regulations of the Fees for the Telecommunications Services "published on CST website, through a SADAD system within a month from invoicing"
