1Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)

2Click on “Start Service” option.

3Fill out the request form

4Share your feedback about the service (Optional)\

5The user submits the required documents and information in order to coordinate the digging.

6The telecom service providers reply by the system, stating if there is a network or not.

7The service provider attaches the network information for the specified digging site. (1) The cable path (Shape file,KMZ,…..) (2) cable length and depth.

8The contractor approves or rejects the coordination request .

9The contractor closes the application or submit a report (cut / interception during drilling).
