Drilling Coordination
coordinating digging activities between contractors and telecom service providers, which will in turn help reduce potential telecom cable cuts
Service Steps
1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)\
5. The user submits the required documents and information in order to coordinate the digging.
6. The telecom service providers reply by the system, stating if there is a network or not.
7. The service provider attaches the network information for the specified digging site. (1) The cable path (Shape file,KMZ,…..) (2) cable length and depth.
8. The contractor approves or rejects the coordination request .
9. The contractor closes the application or submit a report (cut / interception during drilling).
