Carrier Service Provider License
It is a service that enables utility companies such as electricity, water, railways, and other utility service providers to provide their excess infrastructure capacities (for example: optical fibers, towers, and ducts) to other individual licensees. Service Steps
1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Select Carrier Service Provider License from the services list
3. Click on “Start Service” option.
4. Fill out the request form
5. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
Required Documents
- Attach proof of the entity's ownership.
- Attach proof that the entity is listed for contribution (if the entity is listed for contribution).
- Profit and loss statement.
- Balance sheet.
- Cash flow statement.
- Capital structure.
- Financial and operational plans.
- Clarification of relevant technical expertise and knowledge.
- Commercial agreements related to infrastructure/services in the telecommunications field.
Terms and Condition
- Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.
- Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required licensing activity. The Authority has the right as needed to request the applicant to issue a special commercial registry (private entity) for the license.
- Provide an introductory profile of the applicant.
- Submit an action plan that includes broad outlines of the applicant's strategy to provide the service, in addition to implementation steps and implementation date.
- Submission of financial and operational plans for a period of (5) five years (eg profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and capital structure).
