Cable Cutting / Interception Report
Through the service, it is possible to submit a report of a cable break or a cut during excavation
Service Steps
1. Log in to Business Portal through the national unified access service (Nafath)
2. Click on “Start Service” option.
3. Fill out the request form
4. The applicant must choose the type of case reported. Examples (cable- cutting/interception during drilling).
5. Share your feedback about the service (Optional)
6. The applicant will be contacted to coordinating with him to send a field team to find a suitable solution.
Required Documents
- Cable path (Shape file,KMZ)
- Pictures of the affected cable and it must be from several different angles to clear the dimensions and depth of the cable and the availability of standard protection of concrete and warning signs
