The document aims to provide a number transfer service in the Kingdom based on its responsibilities stipulated by the system. It is a service that allows mobile and fixed phone users to keep their numbers when changing the service provider. The Authority aims to encourage competition between service providers by facilitating the process of transferring the user number from one service provider to another. Hence, giving the user the flexibility to choose between service providers, which contributes to improving the quality of service, raising operational efficiency, and reducing prices. The Authority has established the central system for transferring the number; To implement, speed up and follow up the procedures for transferring numbers between service providers automatically, and maintain a central database of transferred numbers. The service was launched for mobile phones on 06/11/1427 AH, corresponding to 07/08/2006 AD, and for fixed phones on 12/5/1441 AH, corresponding to 7/26/20
