The system allows users to submit a new complaint based on ITU (International Telecommunication Union) templates and track the status of the complaint after it has been submitted to the Commission.
Service Steps
1. Log in using the account of the spectrum user representative.
2. Fill out the complaint form.
3. Submit the complaint.
4. Inquire about the status of the complaint.
