Regulatory Framework for Establishing and Selling SIM Cards
This Regulatory framework was issued upon the assigned tasks to Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) in accordance with Telecommunications and information technology Act, its Bylaws and CST's Ordinance in order to establish the suitable ambiance for fair and effective competition and encourage it in all Telecom fields, achieve clarity and transparency in the procedures and also to protect public and users’ interests.
