Criteria for Determining the Need for a Privacy Risk Assessment
The Document determines the cases where a service provider in the ICT sectors is not required to conduct an “assessment for the impact on privacy” upon launching services or products that depend on users’ personal data or sharing personal data as per “Procedures for launching services or products based on users’ personal data or sharing personal data” document. It shall be applied to service providers in the ICT sectors included in its scope.The definitions stipulated in “Procedures for launching services or products based on users’ personal data or sharing personal data” document shall be applied to the terms used herein.
