In accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers No 196 dated 4/4/1440AH which included the statutory provisions related to the financial consideration collected by CST from companies and pursuant to Regulations of Financial Considerations which stipulated that the percentage of the financial consideration obtained by the state against commercial provision of communication services is unified for all companies 10%Moreover, said Regulations set 1%for the financial consideration of the license, received by CST from the net telecommunications revenue
These Regulations have been prepared upon the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No 196 dated 4/4/1444AH and the Financial Consideration Regulations related to application of the financial consideration of all the current and future licensed companies, including the applicable guidelines and procedures to be used for application of the financial consideration according to the abovementioned Resolution of the Council of Ministers
