Fiber Bitstream Rules and Guidelines
(CST) Statutes set out the rules applying to, and the rights and obligations of, Service Providers for access to publicnetworks. The Interconnection Rules, in their article 7.5, provide the basis for the establishment of a Multilateral Working Group (MWG) “for the purpose of facilitating interconnection”. The establishment of an MWG with the consent of licensees (2019) to facilitate the agreements on fiber bitstream access across the Kingdom. MWG sessions took place between CST and licensees. As a result of these sessions, CST issues this document, under the title “Fiber Bitstream Rules and Guidelines” (R&G).
