LRIC Model Guidelines for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The draft LRIC Model Guidelines (LMG) was released for public comment in April 2007. The draft LMG defined the features and key principles applied to the costing models to be developed to determine the Long Run Incremental Cost (LRIC) ofcertain (wholesale) access and interconnection services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
This document presents CST’s final view on the LRIC Model Guidelines, having taken into account the views of interested parties during the public consultation phase. A separate report has been released that outlines the CST response to the
list of issues raised by interested parties during the public consultation. These LRIC Model Guidelines shall form the basis of the LRIC model building process.
