Tracking Service Regulations
Communications, Space, & Technology Commission (CST) issued Regulations for Provision of Tracking Services document in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on the tasks assigned to it with regard to the regulation of the ICT sector, with the aim of providing advanced and trusted ICT services throughout the Kingdom by companies licensed as per the Act. Such tasks include: The implementation of policies, plans, and approved programs to develop the information technology and set the procedures adequate for the same, in addition to issuing necessary licenses in accordance with the relevant conditions and regulations. Through the present document, CST aims to regulate the provision of tracking services in the Kingdom, without prejudice to what is issued by the relevant competent authorities.
