Earth Observation Platform Regulations
This document aims to create the proper environment through which the following can be achieved:1- Enhancing the space activities and ensuring its comprehensiveness in order to contribute in sector growth and achieving its goals, in addition to prepare setting up a marketplace for Earth Observation (EO) data that is marked by the prosperity and effectiveness.
2- Enabling startups in the space sector by providing the necessary Earth Observation (EO) Data.
3- Linking the activities of the space sector with various activities in other governmental, private and economic sectors.
4- Contributing in fulfilling the demands of the various public and private sectors for products based on Earth Observation (EO) Data within organized and governed mechanisms with a high level of effectiveness and reliability.
5- Determining the obligations of relevant parties, ensuring the rights of users and the integrity of data sharing and retention.
