National Numbering Plan
The National Numbering Plan specifies the principles, rules and guidelines for managing numbering resources for all telecommunications services in the Kingdom. The most important of these principles is fulfilling the requirements for providing telecommunications services through licensed service providers and applying the principles of transparency and fairness that the Authority follows in all its work. The plan explains the organisational and technical principles related to the numbering structure, reservation and allocation rules, and related numbering matters related to various telecommunications services such as public telephone network services and public mobile phone networks.
