Regulations of Localization Obligations for telecommunications Service Providers
Based on the Communications and Information Technology Law (the Law) issued by Royal Decree No. (M/106) dated 11/02/1443 AH, and its Bylaw (the Bylaw). Based on the regulatory tasks assigned to CST pursuant to the CST’s Ordinance (Ordinance), and based on the fourth paragraph of Article Two in the Law, which stipulates the transfer and localization of technology in the field of communications and information technology and keeping pace with its development. Likewise, Article Three of the regulation, and in reference to the regulations for classification of telecommunications services licenses, CST issued this document.
