Regulations for the Provision of Services for Landing Stations and International Cable aiming at establishing and operating international, marine or terrestrial cable stations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or selling international capacities inside the Kingdom via international cables linked to those stations, including related works or facilities that link a site in the Kingdom to another outside, and are linked or intended to be linked to utilities and telecommunications facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
