Regulations for the Classification of Licenses for Telecommunications Services adopt an updated approach to the “Neutral Technology and Neutral Service” methodology in the Kingdom, and accordingly, it is necessary to amend the classification and scope of licenses that can be issued by CST. The Bylaw also authorize; CST to issue different types of telecommunications licenses. Therefore, this document aims to create a more effective regulatory environment and achieve compatibility with international best practices in order to raise the level of competitiveness and increase market transparency in order to attract more new investments in the telecommunications sector.
