These regulatory document was issued upon the assigned tasks to CST in accordance with Telecommunication and Information Technology Act, Bylaw and Ordinance in order to enable investment in telecom services and its devices, incentivizing the provision of trusted telecom services with competitive prices and innovative ideas. CST aims via this document to regulate online distribution of telecom services in the Kingdom, without interference with issues regulations from expert entities in this regard.
