CST has developed a regulatory tool through which the regulatory framework and necessary mechanism are clarified for granting global digital content companies a safe harbor to host and transit their digital content in the Kingdom, by exempting global digital content from any applicable controls in the Kingdom, without prejudice to the Kingdom’s security, sovereignty or relations with sisterly and allied states.
