Updating the Bylaw of the telecommunications and information technology Act

The update of the executive regulations of the Communication and Information Technology law aims to develop the Communication and Information Technology sector in a way that enhances and achieves the goals and objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to enable a vibrant society, a prosperous economy, and an ambitious and effective government country. The local and international, by taking advantage of global experiences in regulating Communication and Information Technology services in a way that enables the Communications and Information Technology Commission to exercise its regulatory and supervisory role and meets the needs of beneficiaries and service providers and achieves the desired economic and social returns for the Kingdom.
