Decision Overview
First: approve the reference offer of Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as attached.
Second: Saudi Telecom Company (STC) shall publish the reference offer on the Company’s website within fifteen (15) days as of the date hereof.
Third: the document of the reference offer of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) shall replace the document approved by the CST Decision No. (481/1443) dated 6/8/1443 AH.
Fourth: this Decision shall come into force within fifteen (15) days as of the date hereof.
Fifth: this Decision shall be communicated to concerned parties, to comply with it and act accordingly.
