Approval of Regulations for Curbing SPAM Messages and Calls

First:
Approval of the (Regulations for Curbing SPAM Messages & Calls) document, according to the formula attached in this decision.

Second:
The document referred to in paragraph (First) shall supersede the “Controls for Reduction of Curbing SMAP Messages) document issued by the CST’s decision No. (395) of 03/11/1439 AH.

Third:
This decision shall be communicated to all competent bodies to be implemented, and the document referred to in paragraph (First) hereinabove shall come into force after (90) days as of the date hereof.
