Decision Overview
First: Approval of the (Regulations of Cybersecurity Operations in Communications and Information Technology Sectors) Document regarding ICT sector, according to the form attached herewith.
Second: The (Regulations of Cybersecurity Operations in Communications and Information Technology Sectors) Document referred to in Paragraph (First) shall replace the (Procedures for Dealing with Cybersecurity Incidents in Communications, Information Technology and Postal Sectors) Document issued by CST Resolution No. (456) dated 20/05/1442 AH.
Third: This Resolution shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation and the Document referred to in Paragraph (First) hereof shall enter in 1/8/2022 AD corresponding to 3/1/1444 AH
