Decision Overview


First: the price ceiling of the Short Message Service (SMS Termination) – local- for all mobile telecommunication networks - Service shall be five (5) Halals per message; reciprocally.
Second: the service providers shall apply the provision stated in the First Clause above, which shall come into force after thirty (30) days as of the date hereof.
Third: this Decision shall be communicated to concerned parties and publish it on (CST) website, to comply with it and act accordingly.
