Decision Overview
First: the price ceiling of the Bulk SMS Service shall be three (3) Halals per message; for the packages including (15,000,000) messages or more.
Second: the service providers shall apply the provision stated in the first clause above, which shall come into force after thirty (30) days as of the date hereof.
Third: this Decision shall be communicated to concerned parties and publish it on (CST) website, to comply with it and act accordingly.
