First: approve the reference offer of Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain) as attached.
Second: Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain) shall publish the reference offer on the Company’s website within fifteen (15) days as of the date hereof.
Third: this Decision shall come into force within fifteen (15) days as of the date hereof.
Fourth: this Decision shall be communicated to concerned parties and publish it on (CST) website, to comply with it and act accordingly.
