Decision Overview
First: Updating paragraph (3) of article (4) of Regulatory Framework of Establishing and Selling SIM Cards Regulations issued based on Board of Directors Decision No. (6-144-2019) dated 21/051440H to be as follows:
“Establishing and selling SIM Cards shall only be done by the service providers, their agents or distributors. Only the service provider may establish and sell the SIM Cards to the legal persons, CST keeps the right to define the types of services or SIM cards that shall be available through agents or distributors”.
Second: This decision shall be communicated to all concerned authorities and shall enter into force starting from its issuance date.
