Decision Overview
First:
Service Providers holding a Facilities Based Unified Licenses are obligated to provide solutions to improve indoor coverage of mobile telecommunications services for individual and business users.
Second:
Mobile telecommunications service providers are obligated to enable their individual and business customers to request indoor coverage solutions through all service provision outlets, and to be at suitable prices, subject to the approval of CST and its related regulations.
Third:
Service providers holding a Facilities Based Unified Licenses must provide the service to everyone who has applied for it, and the request processing period should not exceed (10) working days from its submission date, unless CST decides otherwise.
Fourth:
Mobile virtual network operators must provide the service to everyone who has applied for it, in coordination with the host service provider, and the request processing period should not exceed (15) working days from its submission date, unless CST decides otherwise.
Fifth:
Service Providers holding a Facilities Based Unified Licenses may provide indoor coverage solutions to users through a third party approved by CST.
Sixth:
This decision shall be communicated to relevant service providers to act accordingly within (60) days from the date of its issuance.
