Approval of “Privacy Risk Assessment Guide for telecommunications and Information Technology Service Providers” document, and “Standards for Determining the Need for a Privacy Risk Assessment Process” document, in accordance with the attached formulation to this decision.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second:
The two documents referred in the first Clause of this decision shall be communicated to telecommunication and information technology service providers, and shall enter into force from the date of this decision.
