Decision Overview
First:
Approval of the National Internet Exchange Document as attached to this decision.
Second:
The Saudi internet exchange, which is supervised and managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, is the national internet exchange, and shall be subject to the national internet exchange regulations.
Third:
The relevant service providers licensed by CST, and others designated by CST, are obligated to ensure that local traffic remains within the Kingdom; By connecting to the national Internet exchange and ensuring the full exchange of local inter-traffic within (60) days from the date of this decision.
Fourth:
This Decision shall be communicated to the relevant service providers to act accordingly.
