Decision Overview

First:
Acceptance of service providers’ requests for digital offers is subject to CST estimation; Taking into account the percentage of these offers compared to the rest of the service provider’s offers.


Second:
Digital Offers are: Offers that are characterized by the exclusive provision of services on service provider's electronic channels, and have the following features:
A.. It is limited to users who have e-sim cards that have been authenticated through the national sign-on service (I am token).
B.. Subscription requests are submitted through the website or application of the service provider, or in connection with this offer.
C.. Submission and processing of users' requests and complaints - if possible - is limited to service provider's electronic channels.
D.. Payment of invoices issued for these offers or their balance recharge is limited to electronic payment systems, and must not include the feature of payment or recharging the balance through traditional recharge cards.


Third:
Service providers are obligated to obtain user consent in the contract for digital offers for the exclusive provision of services through electronic channels.


Fourth:
This decision replaces CST Decision No. (406/1440) dated 8/12/1440 AH, and cancels the provisions contained therein.


Fifth:
This decision is effective as of 19/6/1442H.
