Decision Overview
First:
The following markets are classified as uncontrolled markets:
- Retail mobile telecom services market.
- Wholesale market of access and call creation services on fixed telecommunications networks.
Second:
Service providers in above-mentioned markets shall comply with general regulatory requirements established in accordance with Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and other relevant decisions of (CST).
Third:
This decision shall be communicated to all parties concerned to act accordingly within three (3) months from the date of its issuance.
