Decision Overview
First:
Designation of Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as a dominant service provider in the retail Business Data Services at fixed telecommunications network.
Second:
Saudi Telecom Company (STC) shall comply with the following regulatory requirements:
- Submit to CST applications for approval of tariffs for services in this market.
- Provide accounting separation information.
- Submit cost studies required by (CST)
- Provide information that proves that all package offers, including the services of this market, can be technically and economically offered by other service providers.
Third:
The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has no right to combine any tariff for the services of this market with other services or products, including non-telecommunication-related services or products, unless the company fully complies with regulatory requirements mentioned in the Clause (Second) of this decision.
Fourth:
This decision shall be communicated to (STC) and to all parties concerned to act accordingly within three (3) months from the date of its issuance.
