Decision Overview

First:
Abolish minimum tariff for issuing Raw Sim Cards for service providers.


Second:
"Raw Sim Cards" means: Calling cards prepared for authentication and activation.


Third:
Provide available balance portability feature in SIM cards to other SIM cards; According to the following conditions:
A- First balance available in SIM cards is not transferring when activated.
B- Maximum amount transferring from SIM card on recharging for the first time shall not exceed (50%) of the value of added balance.
C- Fees received by service provider in return for completing balance transfer process shall not be less than (50) Halalas for each transaction.


Fourth:
This decision replaces CST Decision No.(309) dated 17/3/1432H, and cancels the provisions contained therein.


Fifth:
This decision is effective as of 1/6/1442H.
